Tomorrow, Transcarpathian journalists will support their beaten and detained colleagues (Announcement)

Uzhgorod branch of the Independent Media Trade Union of Ukraine invites you to support 52 journalists slain on the night of November 30 to December 1 and to protest against the inaction of the authorities to bring the perpetrators to criminal liability under Art. 171 of the CPC.

"Almost two weeks have passed, and no perpertrator has been found, on the contrary: some journalists are still in custody. On Friday afternoon on Teatralna square, we will be holding a little flash mob on this occasion with photos of the slain journalists and symbolic message to the government. All media workers are invited, all good ideas are welcomed" – the organizer of the campaign Pavlo Beletsky said and invited colleagues to call at 0509741056.

The beginning of the campaign is at 12.00 on Teatralna square.
