On Wednesday, February 14, the wife of the President of Ukraine Marina Poroshenko will visit Transcarpathian region with a working visit.
The first lady, together with schoolchildren of Transcarpathia, whose parents are the ATO participants, will fill the pages of the All-Ukrainian project "Book of Peace".
Also Marina Poroshenko and the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal will sign a Memorandum on the inclusion of the region in the national project of the Poroshenko Charitable Foundation "Inclusive Education".
The wife of the President will hold a meeting with the chairmen of district councils, united communities, and city mayors on the creation of a network of Inclusive Resource Centers of Transcarpathian region. Marina Poroshenko will open the first such center in Uzhgorod.
Also, the First Lady of Ukraine and Hennadiy Moskal will examine the Nevytsky Castle – monument of the medieval castle architecture of national significance. The first stage of urgent work on the restoration of this object of cultural and historical heritage is scheduled to begin in 2018.
