The issue of the apartment at 8 Bereznya st., 28/2 again will be considered at the meeting of Uzhgorod city executive council. The apartment at this address is now the property of Uzhgorod City Council, it is on the ground floor of the building. Previously, the appartment belonged to the housing office number 5.
In late October 2013, by the decision of the executive committee, this apartment was transferred from the balance sheet of the housing office number 5 to Uzhgorod city council. Thus, the tenant, who have lived in the appartment for less than a year, can take the apartment for free.
The last time, on March 19, they attempted to privatize this apartment ostensibly for an employee of the housing office, who works as a janitor. However, they say that in fact, no one is going to give the appartment to the janitor, and he is just a shill. The appartment is transferred from municipal to private ownership under the control and for the benefit of the management of the housing office number 5.
The first attempt to privatize the apartment failed, then the prosecution of Uzhgorod began to study all the circumstances of the case.
Tomorrow, May 21, the fate of the appartment will be considered under the item 7 of the agenda "On privatization of public housing" (paragraph 4).
Interestingly, in the draft decision published on the site, the address – 8 Bereznya st., 28/2 is classified.
But the author from his own sources knows that the paragraph 4 of the draft decision refers to the said flat.
Previously, the current administrator of the executive committee Oleksandr Volosyansky and the deputy of Uzhgorod City Council Vasyl Hnatkiv disclosed all the details of the dubious privatization of the neighboring apartment – at 8 Bereznya st., 28/1.
