Tomorrow in the regional center of Transcarpathia will be announced the day of mourning for the civilians killed in Volnovakha in Donetsk region. In particular, national flags in the city will fly at half mast.

At today’s session of Uzhgorod city council, 38 deputies voted for the decision.
