On Thursday, September 8, at 15:00, in the Transcarpathian Regional Universal Library named after F. Potushnyak, Ph.D., Doctor of Political Sciences, MP Mykola Tomenko will present a tutorial for schools and universities "Ukraine: history of the Constitution."
The publication is of a scientific and popular nature. In the book, the author researched all existing draft constitutions to show a holistic picture of the origin and development of traditions of Ukrainian constitutionalism from ancient to the present times.
