According to the Consulate General of Hungary in Uzhgorod, a Hungarian athlete, Honorary Ambassador of the Tisza, the deputy chairman of the association "Academy of Adventure" Hidvégi-Üstös Pál plans to perform a charity "border crossing", whereby he aims to express the solidarity between the two countries.
The last border crossing by the race participants is scheduled for Sept. 4, 2015, at approximately 17.00, through the checkpoint "Chop – Zahony" from Ukraine to Hungary.
This event takes place under the patronage of the Chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional Council.
At the invitation of the Hungarian party, the Chairman of the Regional Council Volodymyr Chubirko and the Deputy Consul General of Hungary in Uzhgorod Laszlo Vido will join the last leg of the race (Chop-Zahony)..
The meeting of the officials with the athletes will take place before the border.
