Today, water in the Tisa will rise by 2.3 meters

The maximum level of the Tisa river is expected near the village of Vylok during the day on the 8th of November.There, it will reach 180-230 cm above zero post (in the morning, water level was 142 centimeters).  Information from the site of the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region
