Taxpayers who are on the common system of taxation and intend from the next quarter to switch to the simplified system shall provide an appropriate statement to the State Tax Service (STS) by December 14, 2012 inclusive.
This was announced by the press service of the Tax Service.
"Taxpayers have an opportunity to choose the group in which they prefer to work", – quote from the message.
STS reminded that today in Ukraine there are six groups of "simplified taxation system."
The application form for the transition to the simplified taxation system can be downloaded from STS site at http://sts.gov.ua/podatki-ta-zbori/mistsevi-podatki/ediniy-podatok/normativno-pravovi-akti/53476.html.
STS also initiated the reduction of the tax rate for the 5th and the 6th groups from 7% and 10% to 5% and 7% respectively.
In addition, restrictions on the number of employees should be abolished, and for the second group of taxpayers reporting shall be submitted only once a year, nad not quarterly.
The Parliament adopted the corresponding bill on November 20, 2012
