The Transcarpathian Regional Administration reported on another appointment and it seems to be the person who claims to be the "right hand" of Hennadiy Moskal.
Oleksandr Petik has been appointed as the Deputy Head – the Chief of Staff of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration. This is stated in the decree of the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal, – the press service informs.
Note: Petik Oleksandr was born on November 27, 1963 in the city of Kyiv. He has 4 higher education degrees: in 1991, he graduated from Syktyvkar State University (finance and credit, economist), in 1992 – from Kyiv National University named after TG Shevchenko (philosophy, professor of philosophy), in 1997 – Ukrainian Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (public administration, master) and in 2002 – Kyiv National University named after TG Shevchenko (law, lawyer).
He worked as the chief editor of the newspaper "Kyiv Shevchenky", assistant of three deputies of Ukraine of different convocations. Headed the Kirovohrad regional state administration and participated in the ATO (24th Battalion "Aydar"). Prior to his appointment in the Transcarpathian RSA, he headed Svatove district administration in Luhansk region. Deputy of Kyiv City Council of three convocations.
