Hungarian police advise driver, who intend to cross the Ukrainian-Hungarian border today, October 19, to use points of entry other than the checkpoint "Tisa".
According to the official report, due to unforeseen technical reasons, the checkpoint "Tisa" (Chop-Záhony) will be closed for nearly six hours.
So, drivers should choose a different way – for example, through the checkpoint "Luzhanka" (Astey-Beregsurany) in Beregovo district or the checkpoint "Vylol" (Vylok-Tiszabecs) in Vynogradiv district.
Recall that even before, in order to cross the border with Hungary through the checkpoint "Tisa", one had to have a minimum of 5 spare hours.
