The "PravdaE" journalist association will present a documentary about the Vilkhivtsi United Community – the first of the series of films "United and Happy" dedicated to decentralization in Transcarpathia.
The presentation will take place on September 16 at 5 pm in the premises of the Transcarpathian Regional Universal Scientific Library.
We invite everyone who wants to be the first to watch the movie, share their impressions and socialize, finally, to see the life of the first united community in the region.
