To obtain a simple permission from the architecture, Uzhgorod residents must apply to the government

On Tuesday, July 23, at 12.00, in Uzhgorod Press Club there will be a press conference devoted to the situation related to obtaining permits from various agencies in Uzhgorod.

  Is it easy for an average Uzhgorod resident to put into operation a house or outbuildings, etc.?  Ruslana Tkach for the second year has been trying to get from the Inspectorate of State Architectural and Construction Control in Transcarpathian region the permission to commission… a bath on her own land.

During this time, she had to undergo two court trials and numerous inspections.  The Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine upheld all documents, other controlling authorities do not see any problems either.  However, the Regional Inspectorate, according to the Uzhgorod resident, stubbornly pursues her.

At the press conference, Ruslana Tkach will tell what made her call the government hot line and whether it is easy to operate in the legal field in Ukraine.
