Ruska street is not the center of the city. But it does not rid of responsibility the persons, who always leave garbage near a tree.
Clearly, once a week, a garbage truck comes to collect it, but the rest of the days. passersby have to walk among household waste (and stray dogs also spread leftovers all over sidewalk). Maybe, they should change their habits and not leave bags, glass jars and other things on the street?
