Time Machine or Gravitsapa? An “unknown non-flying object” has appeared on Fentsyk square in Uzhgorod (PHOTOFACT)

Uzhgorod residents are intrigued, if not outraged, by the object that has appeared on Fentsyk square, near the Philharmonic.

People have already gave it many names: "toilet for dwarves", space bolide, rocket "Uzhgorod-Moscow", "gravitsapa" (like the aircraft from the movie), and so on.   "The placement is strange, to put it mildly," – townspeople say in the popular community Uzhgorod on facebook.

There are a lot of words, but none from the chief architect of the city Oleg Borshovsky. Other experts, say that it is an Austrian transformer substation. They say that it looks better than our usual "boxes".

But why at this particupar spot and what is going to be with the pavement? These questions remain open. And what do you think about it?
