Flights Uzhgorod-Kyiv will resume on June 3, the cheapest ticket will cost two and a half thousand hryvnias. This was reported by the Novyny Zakarpattya.
According to the Motor Sich Airlines, flights from the regional center will be made three times a week – on Monday, Wednesday and Friday by a 24-seat Yak-40 aircraft. Departure from Uzhgorod is at seven o’clock in the morning, arrival at the Kyiv International Sikorsky Airport is at nine o’clock. Return flight departs on the same day at 18.30 with arrival at the regional center of Transcarpathia at 20.30. In addition, on the second of June, they plan to launch a one-time flight from Zaporizhzhya to Uzhgorod. Tickets can be purchased online. The ticket price is two and a half thousand hryvnias – the price includes transportation of baggage weighing up to 20 kg per passenger.
In order to compensate the carrier for losses, the deputies allocated UAH 2 million from the regional budget. At the same time, the deputies demand from the company a report on activities in the first half of 2019 and a business plan for the second half of the year.
