A goose-photographer, a goose-tourist and now – a goose-brewer. Interesting birds "fly" to the city over Latorytsya to create a new tourist route.
As part of the new tourist attraction, the third sculpture of a goose was set up the historical center of Mukachevo, Transcarpathian region, – the Ukrinform informs.
According to the head of the Mukachevo tourist information center Maxim Adamenko, now the city’s guests can learn about its history and sights, walking along the "goose tourist route".
According to him, two thematic sculptures were installed near the City Hall and on Dostoevsky Street back in 2016. According to the plan of the sculptor Stepan Fedorin, one of the geese is a photographer and has a real retro-camera. Another art object is a goose-tourist "armed" with a backpack and an umbrella.
The third goose – a goose-brewer – was set up in Mukachevo recently, completing the first stage of creating a large "goose route" for tourists.
As you know, goose is depicted on the coat of arms of Mukachevo as one of the symbols of St. Martin, which is the patron saint of the city and his feast is the official day of the city. In total, they plans to set 11 bronze figurines of geese in the pedestrian part of the city.
Adamenko believes that the establishment of a goose-brewer was a "false start", because the opening of the art object should have been dedicated to the beer festival, which will take place in September.
