Three clubs of the Ukrainian Premier League, including “Goverla”, have not qualified to the FFU

11 of 14 clubs have received certificates for participation in the next championship of the Ukrainian Premier League. Lutsk "Volyn", Uzhgorod "Goverla", and Donetsk "Metallurg" have not qualified.

The Premier League had remarks to seven clubs on financial criteria, to be precise – outstanding debts. Four clubs ("Zorya", "Karpaty", "Metalist" and Zaporizhzhya "Metallurg") signed a memorandum of debt repayment, and thus received the certificate, so to say, in advance.

Since "Volyn", "Goverla" and Donetsk "Metallurg" did not sign the memorandum, they did not receive certificates.

The outstanding debt refers to debts to the FFU, UPL, players and coaches. Debts to the Federation and the Premier League should be settled by the next season, to players and coaches – by the end of December 2015. Debts to players and coaches refer to debts as of the end of 2014 (2015 not included).
