Currently, there is no need for a new wave of mobilization. This was stated by the spokesman for the Information-Analytical Center of the National Security and Defense Council Andriy Lysenko during the briefing.
"Currently, there is no need for the fourth wave of mobilization," – he said.
According to him, the available forces and means are sufficient to deter militants and to build a layered defense.
"The situation in the east of Ukraine is under control, we have enough capabilities to not just deter terrorists’ attempts to bombard or attack any outposts, but also to equip the second and third line of defense" – Lysenko said.
