There is a special program to support ATO participants and their families in Transcarpathia

For those who need financial support for treatment, examination, surgery, prosthetics, etc., as well as the families of the deceased residents of Transcarpathian region – participants of the ATO, there is the Regional Program "Care", the Center for Assistance to the ATO Participants in Transcarpathian region informs.

Through this program, one can receive one-time financial assistance for treatment and more.
To file a written application, contact a deputy of the regional council in your district or the Transcarpathian regional council, Transcarpathian regional state administration (the city of Uzhgorod, (Narodna sq., 4).
You must have copies of your passport, identification code, combat participant’s certificate; certificate of participation in the ATO; medical documents confirming the injury (illness) sustained during participation in the anti-terrorist operation.
The families of the deceased ATO participants, in order to receive one-time financial assistance, must submit an application and an appropriate package of documents through the military commissariat.
