The official record of Ukraine was registered today in Beregovo – in the resort "Kosyno Thermal Waters", the publication khustnews informed.

The record was registered by a representative of the national registry of records Lana Vetrova. She reported that a team of experts from Kyiv recorded setting of a new record: today, 2496 liters of bograch was cooked in Kosyno. The previous record for that category was set last year and amounted to 2030 liters.
4 local cooks were cooking the record goulash. They began to cook bograch at 1 AM, thus, the dish was cooked for more than 11 hours.
The cooks used 625 kg of pork, almost 92 kg of smoked bacon, 917 kg of potatoes, 200 kg of onions, 47 kg of fresh pepper over 8 kg of erosh pista and several hundred kilograms of other ingredients.
Currently, all festival guests have the opportunity to taste the record dish. However, a portion of the soup costs as much as 40 UAH.
