On one of the main streets of Uzhgorod, they are digging again. The works on Korzo street have been ongoing since yesterday: they have removed the pavement and dug a yet shallow hole. Probably, they are laying or repairing utility lines.
So be careful when walking down the street: half of the street is fenced – hopefully, everything will be patched soon.
