There are no problems with the return of VAT in Transcarpathia – the Tax Service

The first deputy head of the STS in the region Tetyana Shapovalova today, February 12, at the meeting at the RSA reported that during the past year, VAT taxpayers of Transcarpathia were refunded 390.5 million hryvnias of VAT, which is 36% more than in 2011.

At the same time, she said, 77.3% of exporters received the refund, which is twice as much as that in the last year. In Transcarpathia, 24 companies were entitled to automatic refund.

According to the first deputy head of the tax service, at the beginning of this year, arrears of VAT refund to Transcarpathian enterprises (including one that is being challenged) amounts to 123.4 million hryvnias, although at the beginning of 2012, it was more than 203 million hryvnias.
