The world is rife with rumours or Do not believe everything they say in the crowd (refutation of rumors, officially)

Recently, among the people in Transcarpathian region, rumors have been spreading that military officers together with policemen "are catching men and forcing them to join the army".

The Press group of Transcarpathian Regional Military Commissariat officially disproves such rumors and informs that the third stage of the partial mobilization is carried out in strict accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On mobilization preparation and mobilization" and the Decree of the President of Ukraine dd. 21.07.2014 № 607/2014 "On the partial mobilization" as approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (the Law of Ukraine "On Approval of the Decree of the President of Ukraine "On the partial mobilization" dd. 22.07.2014 № 1595-VII).

In other words, military commissariats of Transcarpathian region are working within current legislation.
Everything else is rumors, nonsense and attempts to disrupt the tasks to mobilize soldiers.

During the mobilization, draftable citizens of Ukraine, who under the conclusion (decision) of the medical commission are fit for military service, are subject to conscription.

In addition, there is a number of provisions under which a person bound to military service may be relieved of mobilization.

Currently, persons bound to military service are called to district and local military commissioners to determine the degree of their fitness for military service by the military medical commission. If a person’s health allows him to perform military service and there are no other grounds for dismissal, they are to be appointed, in accordance with the received military specialty, to designated military units with presentation of mobilization orders and calls.

Also every citizen has the right to appeal to the relevant authorities, such as prosecutors, on the protection of their rights and interests, if they believe them to be violated.
