The working group to implement measures for voluntary association of communities in the region has been established at the Regional State Administration.
The working group is mandated to coordinate the measures for implementation of reforms in local government and decentralization of powers of the executive bodies.
The head of the working group is the head of the Regional State Administration Vasyl Hubal, the deputies are the first deputy chairman of the Regional Council Mykhailo Popovich and the Deputy Governor Mykhailo Rivis.
The group also includes the RSA officials, mayors of Uzhgorod Victor Pogorelov and of Khust Volodymyr Kashchuk, the head of the association of chairmen of district councils of the region, Uzhgorod district council chairman Mykhailo Fedynets.
