The woman, who caused an accident, today lost the appeal in the court in Uzhgorod

The woman responsible for a terrible accident in Uzhgorod filed an appeal to change the pre-trial restraint.

According to the press service of Uzhgorod city and district court, the pre-trial restraint imposed by the court of first instance remains in force.
"The consideration of the appeal, which was filed by the defense of Ivanna Kostraba, who caused a terrible accident on Slovyanska embankment, started today at 9.30 am," – the statement reads.
