The votes in Uzhgorod have been counted. Voters spoiled many ballots (documents)

The candidate from the party "Vidrodzhennya", the current Secretary of Uzhgorod city council Bogdan Andriyiv is the winner of the second round of the elections of the Mayor of Uzhgorod. The City Election Commission announced the official results of the voting on the night of November 16, around 3 AM.

According to the final protocol of Uzhgorod city election commission, Bogdan Andriyiv received 20,665 votes. His competitor – self-nominated candidate Serhyi Ratushniak – received 10,932 votes.

During the voting in Uzhgorod, a trend of intentional spoiling of ballots was recorded – voters would scratch the names of both candidates, write the phrase "against all", draw in ballors and more.

All those ballots were declared invalid – in total 3,734.

35,124 of 90,005 registered voters took part in the voting.
