The Uzhgorod authorities turned down the proponents of the petition for the construction of public restrooms in the city

Instead, an interdepartmental commission was established.

Uzhgorod Mayor Bohdan Andriyiv responded in writing to the petition "Construction of public restrooms in Uzhgorod" which got 304 votes.

This was reported in the social network Facebook by the initiator of the petition Yuriy Klyuchivsky:

"As of today, there are no existing programs, which would involve the construction of the facilities specified in the petition", – the mayor of the regional center of Transcarpathia said.
