"Yesterday, the 5-day period, during which the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine had to provide the full text of the resolution on Pavlo Baloha and Oleksandr Dombrovsky, including the reasoning part, expired. But it still has not been provided – Victor Baloha wrote on his page in the social network Facebook.
– When our lawyers came for the document, in the court they said that it was not ready yet. At the end of the day all phone lines in the court are dead. There is the information that the full text has not been given not only to us, but to other interested parties in this case. That is, it does not exist at all.
It is tempting to conclude that the decision was taken in haste. This is the first. And secondly, there are no legitimate reasons. And "bright minds" behind this process can not come up with at least some justification for their legal know-how in five days.
In my understanding, whatever decision is made and whenever it is made – the judiciary system in Ukraine in destroyed completely. And this means that the government have basically sawed off one leg of the chair, they sit on. The process has started, keep on," – the politician said.
