In Ukraine (excluding the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea and some districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions), the unemployment rate in October was 1.5% compared to 1.6% last month.
This is stated in the statistical data of the State Statistics Service.
According to the reports, in October, 402,700 unemployed people were registered with the State Employment Service against 418,100 in the previous month. 307,900 of them receive unemployment benefits.
The average amount of assistance per one unemployed in October was 1199 UAH, which is 45 UAH more than that in September.
Recall that in August, the official unemployment rate did not change and remained at 1.6%.
