8 refurbished tennis courts and two playgrounds have been presented in Uzhgorod. All that, together with stands for spectators, places for coaches and modern changing rooms, form a kind of training ground in the open. And together with the SC "Yunist", a part of which the sports town in fact is, it is a single ultramodern sports complex for training and leisure of Uzhgorod residents, the press center of the regional state administration reported.
The refurbished sports town, which will serve as a summer training ground is transferred to the ownership of the youth sports school. So local trainers will make schedule of trainings and they promise to find time for adults too – sports fans will be able to come after work in the evening.
In the future, they plan to supplement the "sports town" with a small park, 6 more stands and facilities for squash.
