The session Uzhgorod City Council was closed without having started

Instead of the personnel meeting, the deputies talked about the water utility and the imager for the ATO in Eastern Ukraine.

About 5 deputies were lacked for quorum.

As a result of re-registration, 27 deputies registered for the session.

So, the present deputies talked without opening the session. 

The public complained about the water utility. 

Then the deputy Yuriy Belyakov, who is sent to the ATO zone, was invited to speak. Members of the City Council gave him the imager to deliver to our men on the front. 

Then the chairman of the session Vitaliy Semal… closed the meeting without having starting. Therefore, the session is adjourned to Monday, November 17, 10.00
