The Security Service of Ukraine caught residents of Transcarpathian and Luhansk regions, who were providing rebroadcast of Russian TV channels

In Transcarpathia, officers of the Security Service of Ukraine exposed a native of Luhansk region and a local resident, who were providing rebroadcast of banned Russian television channels.

The offenders were providing access to blocked propaganda TV channels through an illegal service.

During the searches at their place of residence, operatives of the Security Service seized special telecommunication equipment, computers, software, switches, TV cards, programmers, receivers, radio communication equipment and server hardware.

Criminal proceeding under Part 2 of Art. 361 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine has been initiated. The pretrial investigation continues.
