The head of the German delegation, Dirk Molter, said that Darmstadt has 16 sister cities, but the most active cooperation is with Uzhgorod. One of the success factors is work within the framework of Snellstartpaket Ukraine, which is financially supported by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development. "Our vision is that the assistance of Darmstadt to Uzhgorod should now focus on projects for solving the issue of solid domestic wastes, supply of quality drinking water in the city and tourism development. Of course, joint projects in the field of culture, sport, education are also important, but the focus is on the infrastructural ones. We hope that everything will work," – Mr. Molter said. Representatives of both sides discussed the project management system and further joint actions. Recall that the second partner conference started yesterday, September 4, and will last until Friday.
