The rules of sewage discharge to the centralized drainage system of Uzhgorod were approved today by the members of the executive committee

The document, in particular, establishes permissible concentrations of pollutants in sewage, which can be discharged by consumers into the sewage system, measures to be taken in case of violation of the requirements for discharging, etc.

In accordance with the decision, the city Vodokanal shall revise and bring in line with the Rules the existing contracts for sewage discharge to the centralized drainage system.

All the enterprises, institutions, organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, private entrepreneurs, natural persons, who discharge the waste water into the centralized drainage system of Uzhgorod, shall comply with the Rules.

The old Rules, according to today’s decision, shall be deemed invalid.
