The RSA management do not know whether they will pay the debts of the previous government

The regional authorities decided to check whether the funds allocated by the previous government for capital expenditures were used effectively. Only after this check, they plan to pay the contractors debts for works performed. In general, local budgets owe contractors for the works performed in 2013 nearly 100 million hryvnia.

June 16th, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, deputy Valeriy Lunchenko issued the order "On verification of the accounts payable of administrators and recipients of budget funds for capital expenditures of local budgets." The "Governor" instructed subordinates to compile a list of priority objects for control and validation of accounts payable of administrators and recipients of funds for capital expenditures of local budgets with regard to socially important facilities of construction priority.

Also, they will determine qualified professionals of relevant authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations in terms of districts and cities of the region to engage them in inspections with control measurements of construction works.              Valeriy Lunchenko instructed the State Financial Inspection in Transcarpathian region 
to verify the authenticity of accounts payable.
