The RSA did find violations in the construction, which led to the destruction of the Fundanich house (DOCUMENT)

The Department of Urban Development and Architecture of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration found violations in urban planning conditions and restrictions issued by the City Council that led to the destruction of the Fundanich house. The issued permit documentation is contrary to the law, – the community Save Uzhhorod reported.
