On Wednesday, September 19, under the chairmanship of the deputy chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Yaroslav Halas, the fourth meeting of the regionsl commission to decide how to distribute the subvention from the State budget to local budgets for providing housing for children from vulnerable segments of the population took place.
Thus, the regional commission considered the proposal for the purchase of dwelling for two orphan sisters in the village of Velyky Bychkiv, Rakhiv district. Following the discussion and analysis of the submitted materials, the members of the commission will recommend the regional state administration to make an appropriate distribution of the subvention from the state budget to Rakhiv district for the amount of 711.3 thousand hryvnias.
Following the three previous meetings, funds were allocated for the purchase of 12 dwellings for 15 people and 1 family-type orphanage in the amount of more than UAH 7.03 million.
According to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2018", under the budget program 2511180 "Subvention from the State Budget to the Local Budgets for the Design, Construction and Repair Works, Purchase of Housing and Premises for the Development of Family and Other Forms of Upbringing, and Provision of Housing for Orphans", the amount of expenditures in Transcarpathian region is over 20.7 million hryvnias.
