The regional awards’ winners in the field of journalism are determined

This year’s regional awards winners in the journalism field were determined by the co-deputy chairman of the Regional Council Andrii Serbailo and the Vice Staff Chief of the Regional State Administration Anton Gromovyi during the competitive commission meeting yesterday.

The Regional TV and Radio Company ‘Tysa’ became the winner of the Grendzhi-Donskyi prize for artistic-documentary film ‘Lost in the sands of time’, which was authorized by Dmytro Keshelia. The staff will receive the 10 thousand hryvnia prize. The Tiachiv district newspaper ‘Druzhba’, Beregovo district newspaper ‘Visnyk Beregivshchuny’ and Uzhgorod district newspaper ‘Visnyk Uzhgorodshchyny’ were nominated at the award.

The Regional Prize award in the journalism named after Mykhailo Babydorych won Bogdan Dubovyi the editor of the newspaper department ‘Novyny Zakarpattia’. He will receive 5000 hryvnia remuneration. Maria Pidgirna, the deputy editor of the newspaper ‘Visti Uzhgorodshchyny’, Volodymyr Kryvoshapka, the ‘Evropa-Tsentr’ newspaper chief editor, Natalia Madzhar, Tiachiv district newspaper ‘Druzhba’ deputy editor, Hanna Makarenko the executive secretary of the same newspaper and Mykhailo Papish the ‘Beregovo’ newspaper chief editor were nominated at the same award, – informs the RSA press center.
