The prosecutors are investigating the night shooting as attempted murder

As we reported, at night, there was a shooting in Transcarpathia, there are victims.

Transcarpathian region prosecutor’s office are carrying out procedural control in the criminal proceeding over attempted murder (Part 2 of Article 15 and Part 2 of Art.115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), over the incident that occurred at a gas station in the village of Solotvyno, in the evening of August 30.

In particular, last night, four Transcarpathians, residents of the city of Mukachevo, Mukachevo and Svalyava districts with gunshot wounds were admitted to Tyachiv district hospital, one of them is currently in critical condition.

The head of Tyachiv local prosecutor’s office and the investigative team immediately arrived at the scene. The incident was registered in the URPI with the preliminary legal classification of Part 2 of Article 15, Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the preliminary investigation is under personal control of the regional prosecutor.

Evidence was found at the scene and enclosed to the criminal proceedings: 25 cartridges, an ax, a baton, also the victims’ clothing was taken from the the hospital.
The police initiated the plan "Siren" – mobile posts were set up in some districts of the region.

Currently, urgent investigative measures are being taken to establish all the factual circumstances of the incident and the people involved, the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office in Transcarpathian region informed.
