The prosecutor’s office in court returns the state 30 hectares of land in Irshava district

At the request of the regional prosecutors, Transcarpathian Regional Economic Court granted the claim in the public interest to the General Directorate of the State Land Agency in the region and an entity to invalidate the minutes of land auctions, invalidate the lease of land for agricultural purposes in Irshava district in area of ​​30 hectares worth 163,000 UAH and to return it to state ownership.
The basis for the prosecution clam was the absence of technical documentation for regulatory monetary assessment of the land, which must have been prepared in the form specified by the law, which means that statutory terms and conditions of the land auction were not observed. Thus, due to violation of the terms of land transfer, the land lease shall be deemed invalid and due to invalidity of the transaction, the disputed plot of land shall be returned to state ownership.
