The prosecutor’s office check the legality of the playground

Uzhgorod prosecutors are verifying the legality of the playground "Roshen" on ​​Bohdan Khmelnitsky square in Uzhgorod.

   As part of routine checks on compliance with legislation on children recreation, and following the publication of information on one of the internet sites that the ride in Uzhgorod constitutes possible danger to life and health of children, Uzhgorod prosecutors initiated the inspection.

    Therefore, they sent to the Territorial Office of the State Committee of Ukraine for Industrial Safety, Labor Protection and Mining Control of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region a request for inspection of these rides with regard to the compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On Labour Protection".
