The management of UzhNU is considering the project of the state investment company for installation of solar vacuum collectors system on the university sports complex "Burevisnyk".
The corresponding system could provide the heating of the facility in the cold season and would provide heating of the water in the pool. Accordingly, it is the prospect of significant cost savings that are currently spent on energy.
However, the issue needs detailed study and strict economic calculations, – the rector of Uzhgorod National University, Doctor of Engineering, Professor Fedir Vashchuk said. Therefore, the final decision will be announced later.
