By the Order of the Ministry of Income dd. September 9, 2013 № 458, the Procedure for registration of payers of the single fee for obligatory state social insurance and Provisions on the register of policyholders have been approved.
The Procedure establishes the rules of registration, making changes to register data and deregistration of single fee payers.
In particular, the registration of single fee payers shall be carried out by income and taxes authorities at the location or place of residence on the basis of information from the registration card provided by the State Registrar. The obtained information is sent to the Social Accident Insurance Fund for classifying natural or legal persons in terms of professional risk. After that, the appropriate information is made in the register of policyholders. The date of registration is the date of entry of information about the payer to the register of policyholders.
The procedures for deregistration of a single fee payer shall be commenced at the receipt of the information from the State Registrar on the termination of activity by an individual – entrepreneur or legal entity or on liquidation of a separate division. Another reason for deregistration is the existence of judgments or information from the Unified State Register on proceedings on bankruptcy or declaration of a single fee payer bankrupt and so on.
