The problem of garbage in Transcarpathia has been the subject of discussion in Kyiv

The garbage problem in Transcarpathia was discussed in Kyiv. It has become an international scandal. 
After a letter from the Hungarian president about the garbage that floods carry from Ukraine to the neighboring country, Volodymyr Zelensky took the solution of this problem under personal control. 
During a meeting with the head of the Environmental Inspectorate of Ukraine Andriy Malyovany and the Ambassador General of Hungary to Ukraine Istvan Igyarto, he said that we have already done and are doing to stop the "flow" of garbage. 
▶ ️What was decided at the meeting: 
 By November 1, to ensure the elimination of all unauthorized landfills 
 By August 15, to identify and inventory the landfills 
 By December 31 of this year, to develop procedures for sanitation of settlements: everyone must know who takes garbage, where to and when. And this must be regulated by law. 
 Sources of funding for waste collection, transportation and recycling should be identified. 
 Educational work – information campaign is also very important – dumping garbage without sorting is already banned in Ukraine. But few people know it! It is necessary to make citizens know that garbage needs to be sorted!!!
