The President presented state award to Transcarpathian journalist

According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine № 640/2015 of 16.11.2015, the honorary title of Honored Journalist of Ukraine was awarded to Elvira Kilar – producer of the Transcarpathian regional state broadcasting company – for her significant contribution to the development of television, radio and communication in Ukraine, conscientious work and high professional skills.
        Elvira Kilar devoted 35 years to the work at the Transcarpathian RSTBC.
