The President counted three “elite” Transcarpathians

December 29 Viktor Yanukovych approved the list of persons enrolled in the presidential personnel reserve "New elite of the nation" in 2012.

The list of 60 people, released on the official website of the President, includes three Transcarpathians.  

Grabar Edita – the Deputy Head of Svalyava District Administration in Transcarpathian region;

Erfan Vitaly – the Head of Youth and Sports Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration;

Mitsa Vladislav – the head of business development and market relations department of the Main Economic Department of Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.

Presidential personnel reserve "New elite of the nation" was founded and is formed in accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine dd. February 1, 2012 in order to form a new statehood managerial elite, able to realize national interests and to take responsibility for their implementation, ready not only to make willful decisions but also to effectively provide management services. 

  The formation of Presidential Personnel Reserve is carried out in stages, through enrollment in the course of five years of up to 100 people each year.

The enrollment of the candidate for presidential personnel reserve depends on the competition.

Individuals enrolled in the Presidential Personnel Reserve "New elite of the nation" must participate in the planned activities of the professional development.
