The preliminary investigation on the case of the deceased Oleksiy Rizak is being conducted

The tragedy that occurred on November 16 in Uzhgorod, caused considerable resonance. 
At 20.30 Uzhgorod city police department received the information that near the multistory building on Svoboda Ave. a dead men of 25-30 years had been found. The police investigative team arrived at the scene. The identity of the deceased was established.

According to the Acting First Deputy Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region – Chief of Investigation Department Serhiy Rossokha, in order to ensure full and impartial investigation of all the circumstances of the incident, the details of the committed criminal offense have been included in the Unified Register of pre-trial investigation and qualified under Part 1 of Art.120 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (incitement to suicide).

Currently preliminary investigation is being conducted, several versions of the tragedy are being considered – informed the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region.
