Today, about one o’clock in the morning, the police received a report of a car theft. A 36-year-old resident of the city of Khust said that a gray "Ford Escort" had been stolen from her yard.

The police sent the description about the car to all posts and patrols on duty that night. The police officers quickly found the car. As it turned out, it had been taken by the owner of the vehicle, who is the husband of the applicant. The police suspected that the driver was driving while being intoxicated. The test showed 1.9 ppm of alcohol in his blood.

Later it turned out that that day before the man had quarreled with his partner and decided to leave home and drive to the neighboring village. The woman thought that the car had been stolen and called the police…

Currently, the car ‘Ford Escort" was taken to the impound lot of Khust Police Department. A report under Art. 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (driving while being intoxicated) was drawn up against the driver.
