On Thursday, officers of Uzhgorod District Police, during the authorized search in the criminal proceedings number 120120701170000094 dated February 7, on the grounds of Part 1 of Article 292 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (impairment of trunk or industrial oil, gas, condensate and oil products pipelines), in a warehouse owned by the "Avtobantrans" LLC, located in Beregovo at Aran Janos Street, 203/1, found and seized tobacco products – cigarettes "Golden Bridge" in quantity of 289 boxes, each with 50 cartons of cigarettes without excise stamps.
According to the official website of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, Igor Svyshcho worked as the deputy director of the "Avtobantrans" LLC from 1998 to 2002, and as the director of the company – from 2006 to 2010. After the transfer to public service, the company has been controlled by close relatives of the official.
