The police have decided: the shelling of Vartsaba’s house is attempted murder

Uzhgorod police classified the shelling of the house of Vasil Vartsaba with a grenade launcher as attempted murder.

During the preliminary investigation, the police found out that the actions of the criminals constitute another criminal offense.

Currently, the criminals are charged with Part 2 of Art. 15, para. 1 and 5 of Part 2 of Art. 115, and Part 2 of Art.194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – Transcarpathian regional police informs.

As we reported, the house of the former head of the police in Transcarpathia was shelled with a hand grenade launcher.
